Key Requirements:
✅ Qualified CA (Mandatory)
✅ 8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
✅ Strong exposure to month-end/year-end close, GL management, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, GAAP analysis, US tax, accounting, consolidation etc.
✅ Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)
✅ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
